Our organization name is Global
EYE Solution. This is non-profit organization. We built this to do social works
to society using it related things. We are OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE FOUNDATION.
We use technology related open
source. In our organization followed ACM standard when build a software.
We develop our products according to general moral
imperatives.

Our organization gets desiccation
when after clear discussion of every member.
Our organization select software development proses model according to
software complexity and consider about nature of software requirements.

7.01 Encourage Colleagues to adhere to this code.
When working in a one project as developers it is our responsibility
to make sure all the members follow the code of ethics. If somebody does
anything against the code, we should take immediate action for that and
encourage her to follow the code.
When developing any software sometimes for our easiness team
members try to do things unethical. As example one member tried to use images
from internet without proper permission.
But others encourage her not to do it. When we were in
implementation stage we always referred the code of conduct. When we felt something
is not good or confuse what we should do, we prefer code of ethics to
understand what the problem is and how to answer for it. Colleagues always
motivate others to refer the code.
7.05 Give a fair hearing to the opinions, concerns, or complaints of a colleague.
According to code of ethics
software engineers should be fair and supportive to their colleagues. Therefor
they should respect to others ideas give fair hearing to the opinions,
concerns, or complaints of a colleague.
When we developing any system always
gave fair hearing to other members of the team. In the implementation stage
colleagues came up with different ideas and opinions. Especially when a problem
arises everyone gave different opinions to solve that problem. As example when
client request a function for maintain customer profile colleagues came up with
different ideas.so we gave fair hearing for everyone and found best solution.
In design stage one member came
up with complain that client always change the requirements and because of that
he have to make changes in design every time. In that case we discussed with
client and solved it.
Likewise in different stages
colleges gave several opinions also complain. Every member gave fair attention
to others ideas and problems.
